Chef Kenjiro Hashida unveils two exquisitely crafted snowskin mooncakes for the Mid-Autumn 2023, Sakura Blossoms, featuring Sakura flower petals blended with smooth Japanese white bean paste and paired with a luscious, sweet gooseberry jam, and Lemon Nasu which sees refreshing fresh lemons infused with velvety Japanese eggplants, elevating the delightful flavours of Japanese white bean paste, paired with honey and lemon peel.
